D2 Charitable Accommodation tariff

The D2 tariff is applied to charitable or benevolent organisations providing residential accommodation. With charitable accommodation, the number of additional residences is determined by dividing the total number of beds by five and rounding up to the next whole number.

Homes

for the aged which have a hostel as well as self-contained units, supplied through one point of supply. Where the hostel is supplied separately from the units, the hostel is eligible for the D2 tariff and the units are eligible for the residential A2 tariff.
