It’s time to upgrade to your new MyAccount experience

Easy access and added security
It's as easy as logging in using a secure two-step verification process, through an SMS code or password.

See how you're tracking before your next bill arrives Get an estimated cost of your next bill, see how much energy you're using and set a spend goal.
Easily manage your account online View your account and bills, sign up for Direct Debit, update your details and notify us if you're moving home.
Get support when you need it Request more time to pay, choose flexible payment options and see what concessions you are eligible for. Plus, you can easily get in touch with us.
Stay informed Set up alerts to receive bill and payment reminders and stay informed about outages in your area.

It’s important you register for your new MyAccount soon. The old version of MyAccount and the Horizon Power app will be switched off at the end of 2025.

There's three easy steps to enjoy the new app: 
  1. Delete the old Horizon Power app.
  2. Download the new Horizon Power app from Google Play or the App Store.
  3. Register your details with the new MyAccount.

  • Will my login details stay the same?

    If you've previously registered for MyAccount or the App before December 2023, you'll need to register again - as we migrate to a whole new experience.

  • What happens if I don’t upgrade?

    The old version of the Horizon Power app is no longer supported and will be switched off soon. After this date you will be unable to access your account via the old app. Please upgrade to the new app soon to have continued access.
