Still using the old Horizon Power app? Upgrade now – this version will be switched off soon.
We’ve listened to your feedback and made it easier and more secure to manage your account on any device, anytime, anywhere.
What's new?
It's as easy as logging in using a secure two-step verification process, through an SMS code or password.
Not sure what app you have? Check your phone's app icon – the new app has a light blue background!

Upgrade now
It’s important you register for your new MyAccount soon. The old version of MyAccount and the Horizon Power app will be switched off at the end of 2025.
- Delete the old Horizon Power app.
- Download the new Horizon Power app from Google Play or the App Store.
- Register your details with the new MyAccount.

Will my login details stay the same?
If you've previously registered for MyAccount or the App before December 2023, you'll need to register again - as we migrate to a whole new experience.

What happens if I don’t upgrade?
The old version of the Horizon Power app is no longer supported and will be switched off soon. After this date you will be unable to access your account via the old app. Please upgrade to the new app soon to have continued access.
