Tropical Cyclone Narelle caused significant power outages and damage across Exmouth. We know recovery can take time, and managing essential services is one less thing you should have to worry about. 

To support the Exmouth community, we are providing electricity related support to help eligible residential and small business customers recover. This support focuses on electricity costs and reconnection and sits alongside other disaster assistance available through the State Government. 

Customers are being urged to remain vigilant following reports of scam phone calls across our regions - impersonating Horizon Power.
